Supply side

A storefront that can win export demand.

Daira is not generic website building. The first product job is buyer discovery. The storefront exists so a Pakistani manufacturer can be found, compared, and shared without looking like a leftover trade-show flyer.

Why it exists

Look as professional as the goods you already export

Buyers already buy from Pakistan. They do not always see a catalog they can trust. The storefront is the sales asset.

Own the listing

Alibaba, TradeKey, and ExportHub already exist. Daira is not a scrape of those sites. The supplier controls the catalog.

Stay honest about gaps

If a capability is missing, Daira says so. Incomplete is better than a fake completeness badge.

First clusters

Start where the goods already leave the country.

Sialkot is the home base and the most natural first supply geography. These categories are hypotheses, not a locked ICP.

  • Sports goods

Footballs, team kits, and sporting equipment from the Sialkot cluster.

  • Surgical instruments

Precision instruments from manufacturers already exporting to hospitals and distributors.

  • Leather goods

Garments, bags, and finished leather from workshops built for export specs.

Who pays is still open.

The intended year-one model is a monthly SaaS subscription. The most coherent reading today: buyers discover for free; exporters subscribe for a storefront and marketplace presence. That is a working assumption, not a priced plan.
